Hello Airport fans --

After 10- months away from TANE I've decided to spend a bit in trainz today, and finished a small section! I'm not saying I'm back, but taken tiny steps for now!

Enjoy the screenies, and Pascal, as always, great additions to the world of planes, as always!

Take Care All
Ish

Great work Ish,

I've been away for quite awhile myself as my new business has taken most of my time, plus the fact that since I run AMD GPU's I still get constant system lockups that now has finally killed my Christchurch route.
Still trying to recover it form backups, has no faults but even after a day of just letting tane run it still won't load.

Working on updating some of the old static Heli's to flyable.

Keep up the good work all.

Cheers
Gordon

Hello Gordon,

Baby rising has taken all of my time --- weekend, when the wife is at home, is my best bet --- But then again, I need to feel motivated to launch trainz --- it's a struggles, LOL!

Good luck with your new business, and hopefully, those back-ups work -- I am surprise your backups are not working, tho! Maybe go inside the TANE folder, and retrieve a workable back up that way!

Well, take care now!
Ish

Ish, a bit of scenery and water is welcome in the middle of this concrete world!!! Thanks

For today, reskin of Ian's Convair 880, with the colours of Cathay Pacific. First jet aircraft of this company, replacing the Lockheed Electra.

A British success, a Caravelle like short-middle range jet, the BAC 111. Here a type 500 with the early colours of British Airways.

Many thanks for the BAC one eleven in British Airways livery :)

I'm currently rebuilding the airport on an a newly extended version of the Duchy Days route ,which is mid to late 80's era so the one eleven fits in nicely :)

Hello Nexusdj,

I can see in your picture some aircraft's reskins I dont know yet...
I suppose it's your production.
Do you intend to publish them? It would be nice.

Pascal

Yes that's the plan , I've had them sat on my HDD for a while , originally re-skinned under a permission Ian gave out on here a few years ago , but I felt given the passage of time that I'd ask Ian again , Just waiting on him to reply back :)

I know already the Dan Air London BAE 146. It exists now as startup model, like many others. You can put them as static aircrafts or drivable. They have been updated at the same time.
I would be surprised if Ian would not give permission...

Pascal

Hello Nexusdj

No problem to reskin the aircraft, it lets me do new ones when I get motivated, instead of the reskins. Pascal does some nice ones as you see, but a few more helping out is always welcome.

Ian

Many thanks for the permission Ian :)

As soon as I've completed my part of updating/extending the Duchy days route , then I will go through the aircraft that I've already completed to make sure they are using the most up to date mesh/script/features and get them uploaded to the DLS , including a flyable version of the Dan Air 146 .

To add to those in the screenshot (above) I also have :
Orion Airways Boeing 737-200
Britannia airways (early 80's livery) Boeing 737-200
Plus a part completed British Midland Boeing 707

Those are all I have at the moment .

Current plans are to reskin the Tornado and Phantom in RAF colours but only if neither one of you (or another reskinner) is planning on doing those / already started ?
At some stage I'd like to reskin the 757-200 in Monarch 80's yellow and black livery and also Iberia (3 stripe to go with the 727) and the 737-200 in Britannia late 80's Blue stripe livery ,
but once again only if nobody is already planning / producing those ?

Dave, nice that you make these reskins. I did not intend to make them, so you can proceed. Our time is limited, so it is good to know which models you are working on and not making the process twice.
After the 2 below, I will go to the HS 748 and the Trident. Now if you want to make a particular one, pm me or post here, no problem.

My first reskin of Ian's very nice model of the Airbus A320 neo.

This one is operated by Air China.

Hi,

Host then Post has disappeared. No more access to the website, and my images on this forum do not show anymore.
I hope it is only temporary.

I updated my Airbus A320 reskins to Startup standard and made some texture improvement when needed.
The pilots appear and disappear at engine start/stop.
