Thread: New Aircraft

I think creators and re-painters have done a fantastic job in all of the planes for a train sim. With trainz moving forward and the planes getting better it seems that the airport is getting left behind. Ian did some vehicles which brought to life the apron area and there are a number of airport buildings. The one thing that has not changed is the air bridge from terminus to plane, one is of a solid construction and a couple that are of the moving type. We really need to have a few more flexible type bridges to bring the airport up to the standard of the planes and for the various sizes of planes.

That's a great shot, CaseyBerg! Loved the book and the movie, but the book was better.

    Hello,

Good to see pics of the Mitchell in operation. From a carrier desk, it could have been the start of the Doolitle raid.

Here is a B-25J of the 12th USAAF based in Italy, 1944.

Curious why so many planes are labelled "startup"? The shots look like they are well past startup.... :O)

    Hi Guys,

I uploaded this one a few days ago, the Aerospatiale Corvete SN 601, Pascal and I found a few things to fix so the version 2 has been approved and should be available tomorrow. It is only a small aircraft and I could not fit the Auran passengers inside as products, so there are no passengers on display.

The aircraft are marked startup because you have to use the B key to start the engines, as distinct from the early models that had the engines running all the time, but you knew that

As Stagecoach has mentioned there are probably only a few air bridge models, I have not tried many, the heights to match aircraft doors can be a problem, but we will think about it.

    Hi,

Thank you, Superfudd, happy that you appreciate these reskins. If you have other reskins ideas, you are welcomed.
