Absolutely, Phase 1 Southern. There is a phase 2 as well, but its got a few subtle changes.

The dimensions for the areas the trucks go was taken from an actual SD24 as well as scaled from an EMD blueprint, Not the jazz that IRM has up.

It just seemed different compared to how mine are setup. Then again. Different railroads, different designs. Im using official General Motors blueprints that also label the parts. Great work though.
