Looks similar to I believe 'The Duke 4-4-0' included in Railroad Tycoon 3.
There was a very similar class of locoson the Highland Railway called Dukes. They were basically the same but with larger wheels for express work.

I wholeheartedly support the development of this project, this isn't an easy locomotive and you are handling it like a champ.
Anxiously awaiting the filthy monsters those elegant war beauts turned into in later BR years.
