Revelation: I must know the ways...

I'm new. I'm not new to Trainz, but new to everything I never knew about Trainz. I'm sorry if I come off a bit 'bold' or 'snotty', but I really must know...

Can anyone give me 101 on making locomotive from scratch or by means of templates, and where to find such templates? I must know everything you feel you can tell me or can tell about editing, scripting, creating, assets, and paint shed/skins.

I'm sorry, but I really want to 'Jump' into this new 'world'. Knowledge is what I'm looking for, but I do love a good chat too.

Sorry about the huge thing I'm asking, but I don't want to be left in the cold, and I'll regret not asking. Also, my viewfinder on my Content Creater Plus doesn't operate. What should I do?
