Japan

Guys im going to get Densha de go, Sanyo Shinkansen for christmas. Should i get the PC version
or the Wii version(EX)?

Wichever you prefer.

Mind that the Wii version needs a special controller (that should be included with the game, but to be sure always check).

Are there any interior textures for the E7 Kagayaki Shinkansen and are there any plans to make the Shinkansen 800 tsubame?

I still haven’t got this answered yet so can someone please just update me on these questions and also tell me if there are anything more good in progress right now!!

No. There aren't any interior textures for the E7 nor there are any plans for series 800 yet.

Making new content for this (and any other) simulator takes time. Lots of time.

The one and only thing you need to do is to be patient. And to ask politely.

I obviously know that it takes time and I didn't ask this to be annoying so sorry if you guys interpreted it as annoying but that was not my purpose. It was just a request for the future and nothing more which doesn't mean I don't believe that making content takes a lot of time. So please don't think that I just want you guys to do more and more since that's not what I want or expect from you all. And yea asking polite is important but was my reply really made in a mean way? I mean felt like I got ignored so I just wanted an answer but I'm not trying to make you guys do anything. I hope you all understand that.

Keihan Railway Kitano Line - 10000 series

There are about 33000 level crossings in Japan and 80% of these are equipped with electronic bells.

Out of these, there is a little minority, that sounds a little different.

The most common (and the one we're used to) is high-pitched, while this particular variant is distinctively equipped with a low-pitched bell.
This is because the crossings were manufactured by two different companies, and each of these used a different sounding bell.

They're found mostly far away from Tokyo (a notable exception being the Seibu Ikebukuro line), such as at Zentsuji station on the JR Shikoku Dosan Line and on Kansai area private railways (Hankyu, Keihan...).

Here it is for trainz, a "re-sounding" (changed the sound file) of Kenchihiro's 2-tracks and 1-track crossings.

DOWNLOAD (contains both crossings)

@Hirochi.

Simply OUTSTANDING work :).:D

I am behind the scenes still making sessions for the Colden Shinkansen releases. This is however taking longer than anticipated. However the sessions come with in train announcements in Japanese and English. I used a free to us Japanese text to speech synthesizer for that (HOVA). So the sessions will be a realistic Shinkansen Experience with ATC and Announcements.:)

Wow awesome repaints!! The red one is kickass!!

It's based on the Thalys, a DB (Germany), SNCB/NMBS (Belgium), NS (Holland) and SNCF (France) joint-venture high speed train service connecting Paris (Gare du Nord) with Amsterdam Centraal, Bruxelles and Dusseldorf Hbf. Trains used are quad-voltage (25 000v AC, 15 000v AC, 1500v DC and 3000v DC) EMUs based on the French TGV résau (Thalys PBA) and Pos (Thalys PBKA).

For some unknown reason, my Nozomi and Railstar Shinkansens have gone faulty with an unknown content error: 117608:70025

Does anyone know what this is? I am nearly certain I had it at one time, but can't find it now.

Bill
