E2 SHINKANSEN ===> repaint free

E2 shinkansen speed
362km/h test run
315km/h max speed
275km/h tohoku line
260km/h hokuriku line
240km/h joetsu line

どうもありがとうございます
Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu

I will fix them up and then upload to the DLS. Also thanks for the speed limits. I limited the speed to 260 km/h in the engine spec (Hokuriku line speed). I could make a special spec for it with the 275 km/h.

Thank you. Yes you have to also make sure the 'shadow' (alpha layer) is done otherwise it isn't removed.

You're welcome!

When I tried doing that my Chinese CRH2 reskin, I couldn't really remove it which is one of the things I failed at. For this particular skin, I'll just wait for someone else to do it better and I can only reskin certain things.

Asama set uploaded to DLS

Today I did upload the 10 car Asama set. I made the stripe more pink and corrected the doors. Also made an enginespec that gives the unit the operational speed of 275 km/h max.

Files are currently in waiting area.

The Hayate "package" consists of the following kuids:

TANE SP2 and TANE SP3 info:

To prevent excessive Train and cabin sway at high speeds please open the files and add the following lines in the config file. Then save the config and submit edits:

Code:
cabinsway 0
max-coupler-gap 0
use-coupler-sounds 0

Also make sure the track condition is set 100% or you get still too much movement. If these conditions are met the you shoold have a fun ride.
I could not edit the suspension settings as is seems the validation process is again made more strict :'(. When I make the version 3.8 then TANE gives errors on the .im files as it wants met to upgrade it to .lm files (Lodmesh). I beleive I cannot do that when having the original files. So I do not think these sets work in 2019. I can't try it out because I don't have Trainz 2019 yet,

Have fun :).

I will prepare the 8 cars Asama set next week :).

Thank you for making me spend a lot time fixing my entire high speed train collection! I wish all of their creators would've known that before making them for T:ANE.

I am amazed how much this thread has progressed. I've got to get a new copy of Trainz and get back in.

I'm sure Connyxy would be suprised to see how far this community has developed.

Yeah, btw i was trying to modify Hirochi's Shinkansen Speed limit with the DS-ATC (Used in the Tohoku Shinkansen), but ended up not working since it was my first time making Soundscriptz (A fun way to call Soundscripts) Note that it was not to meant to work like ATC. Its more like a modify version of it.

I don't really use Shinkansen, It's merely more narrow gauge only. Also hello after 4 months of idling. I am now going to continue with the 42 inch gauge route. Then I might do the 3 Ft. version next.

An NEX train departs the airport and heads into the city center, where many passengers then board a northbound Shinkansen.

Hello all! I have been working on a route myself, circa around 1964. It is the Hokkaido & Eastern. Why Eastern? Because there is no more Western to go. Here are some WIP shots from the work so far:

These are the Lost Woods, where the track layout changes on a day to day basis. (Note, not replicated in trains, but in lore)

And if anyone is curious about the story of the route, here is a link to a wip document that gives a detailed story of the route: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vTXXfy7XTx_hvi-I8N6myks8VKk15cL-steqV1pefjQ/edit (Note, this is an ever changing history page, so things may get moved around)
