Trainz Icarus Shinkansen route v 2.0. Work in progress. A Northbound drive through the city of Asadaka from Asadaka Minmami to Kita Asadaka stopping at Asadaka Central. Using an E233-1000 by J-trainz.

Nice video, but I'll bet the rocking had people running for the barf bags. Never saw much of that when I lived in Japan.

Hehe must be the 'train sway' :hehe: although I find it acceptable on this train. Must look into the track condition when aiming for a release. But a release is not happening this year I think.

Hi Railshuttle,

I don't know how the Internet connection in your area is but couldn't you just buy a download version TANE online by N3V or SimulatorCentral? On a new computer TANE runs better. I still use TS12 to build the route and then export the CDP into TANE. That works for me now. But TANE is butter smooth if you have a new system.

I use OBS (Open Broadcasting Studio). It is fabulous. It is an open source streaming studio which is fairly easy to set up. There are a lot of tutorials on Youtube. It is also use by Youtubers to do streams but you can also stream to HD.

As it is open source you are not time limited in video capture as you would be in a try version of Fraps or Bandicam.

Edited to add. It takes some time to get good performance but there are lots of video tutorials on how to do that. I can now stream 4K with it.

Oh I see. So that's how it was done. I've seen alot of vids using the fraps program. I may give it a shot later down the road. In the meantime, I've been playing Densha De Go: Final to tide me over till I get the new PC. I wonder does the trainz graphics equal or surpass the Densha De Go graphics? I'm still trying to unlock the mystery train of the Chou and Tokaido Lines. Anybody know how to do that by chance?
