Hi Keimei,

Thank you so much for the Shinansen 0 and the Skyliner. My 'virtual' country has bought your skyliner for usage on the track (screenshot will follow :)).

But as always we want more and more ;) (just relax :))

But lots of thanks for what you made already! :).

The E259 is at download station already, just look for E259 or username hirochi, who also made alot of other content including the shinkansen E4, then you also have kenichiro who made als content including the limited express 485 ( I have pictures of some content some pages back and the picture below).
On http://trainz.luvr.net/ you can also download the Shinkansen 700, Series 113 and some locs.:)

Yes thank you! Didn't know the E259 was already on the Station. Super!

As promised a screenshot:

A skyliner in the city of Colden (on my fantasy layout)
The city runs European and Japanese stock (you can see a TGV-Duplex on my hisspeed route in the Background).

Keimei, good looking platforms! Can't wait to download the platforms. Also would it be possible to make characters from like cartoon/anime shows? Or no?

I a little bit worry about the lisence of anime characters. So I made some anime-like characters and will make some in future.

Shinkansen E5

I tried to make E5 series and gave up. It has too complex curved line. (Instead of that, I made 0 series and skyliner.:))

As promised a screenshot:

A nice scene. I like to see pictures of other than me.

Happy Holidays.

I downloaded the overtrack station (faster then I expected) and I have made an picture of the result, it looks great.

You and all others also Happy Holidays.

@ Keimei,

Yes the E5 looks not easy.;)

Maybe an E3 or E2 is possible? Or the 100/ 200 (as this maybe needs a little redesign from the 0?

Anyway keep up the good work and Happy Hollidays :)

@acelaamtrak
Great screenshot.
How many boards is your lay out?

@acelaamtrak
Great screenshot.
How many boards is your lay out?

150+ but most are for the looks to look further like sea 3 boards wide , further I have 9 city stations, 3 country stations (Or how its called) and 2 airfield stations.

How large is yours?, it looks also good.

I downloaded the overtrack assets, but I've got a missing dependency:

<kuid:438196:3000>

I've searched on the DLS, both over HTTP and CM. Anyone know where it is? :)

Thanks so much in advance!

@acelaamtrak
Mine is also 150+. Certainly.

It is not a specific Japanese Layout but it will run European and Japanese trains.

Currently it has: 3 dedicated Hi-speed lines.
Section 1: Colden (The Southernmost point of the layout) - Maarburg> Speed up to 230 km/h (trains TGV and TGV-Duplex)

Maarburg - Hazima - Northtropp (Northernmost point)> Speed 300 km/h (TGV/ ans TGV- Duplex)

Northropp -Novaville - Colden (North to South)- Speed up to 320 km/h (TGV/ and TGV- Duplex)

These 3 lines form one continuous loop. Total length is 150+ km.
7 dedicated hi-speed strations. Running on the right (like in The Netherlands)

Then In Northtropp there's a city circle line with about 15 stations. Currently running German DMU's. But maybe I test the E259 on this line.

In Colden I plan a line with the Skyliners which will run all the way to the city of Hazima (about 70 km of track).

Now I have the Shinkansen track (listed as concrete bridge on the DL-station) downloaded I also plan a 'central trunk' line. But only in v2 of the lay out.:)

My route is also fictional, I wanted to make one side swiss and other side japan, I started making the route Winter in the Alps in original game larger by adding a tunnel going to the japanese side, after that I decided to make an large japanese map so I didnt put any work on the swiss side.

I don´t know If I will ever start making the swiss side, I have much more interes in building Japanese side.

japanmapcopy.jpg

The city area (North) is called Tokyo (remember this is fictional) with shinkansen merged with normal mostly in one station and a hard to explain route layout (I painted it red in the map picture).
japansagoda.jpg

The North area is everything else with 2 small city's called Sagoda and Hokaru and all stations are seperated from shinkansen with 2 airfields.
japanairport.jpg

The North West area is the original trainz route (The full white part).

Shinkansen line has no end and the normal is ended with portals.

@acelaamtrak:

Looks like a fun lay out. Good work! I'm working on a v1 of my layout and when its ready I make a thread for it.

I saw a lot of nice shots of the maps and trains here.
So I also wanted to share a few shots of my work in the TS2009.
I spend a lot of time on this map now.

This map was never intended for the public. It's just my project.
All this for one reason.
Map will be incredibly large. But not its dimension. But its details.

Map is not real, because I've never been in Japan. I am building it only by images from the Internet and urban scenes from the anime.

And finally, tasting. I refer to the rest of the images below. Soon there will be more.
Translated from Czech into English in the Google Translator. If there were errors in the text.:)

matura: nice route you are making, how long is it?

thanks:)

Right now, only three blocks long but it will be linked with a map, which has about 8 blocks in length. Number of panels will continue to grow.

By the way. The map has 1067 mm gauge tracks. There will be a small tram line in the center of town. Part of it can be seen in the photos.

@Matura,

Looks incredible. And detailed.

And a question for who knows:

Actually I want to release my layout (when ready) but don't know what is the fastest way. I don't want to release the layout on the DL-station and then people have to download the dozens of 3rd party assets I've used. Do you have to use a CDP for that so that you package one content in one package?

Yes I'm having trains for years now (from 2004) but haven't ever released something on the DL-station.

Hi all. Im happy to see many good screenshots. Keep up your works.

@kuid:438196:3000
Well, maybe on DLS...I will check it again.

@pagroove
You mean catenary wire? Which one? One is mine:'catenary JP IT 2t'. The others built-in:catenary UK or something like that.

Skyliner & hanshin engine sound issues...

@keimei I seem to be having some difficulties with the engine sounds in TS12, they work fine in TS09 but sound obscure in TS12.:eek:

Is there a way to fix this or can i not use them? :(

Many thanks for all your creations :D

Regards

Johan
