Failing to Commit due to file access error

There is a small percentage of people (we know of a dozen so far) that are getting a "File Access" error or a "Texture Compression" error when committing an asset in CM2.

We need more information about the problem, and ideally, we are looking for someone nearby to us in Brisbane who has this problem. They would also need to be prepared to allow us access to their PC for a day to identify the problem.

Does this error also effect CM1? The reason I am asking is that one of my customers has been having "unable to commit due to file access" errors. I don't know where he is located though.

Also I need to talk to you about the builtin SD70's.
