Good afternoon all,

now i see, someone had stolen my thread :hehe: ... The topic starter was me and now my name is gone. :udrool:

After a long period of heavy work (which last actually up to 10th September) i had some free hours to make 2 screenshots. Enjoy!

I am making models and textures for TRS for a long time now, but I guess I never came to the level of quality as high as one of our friends achieved in his reskin work with the new Ty2 model. In my mind absolutely outstanding piece of work:

@Burntruss, those Ty2 engines are freeware, and you can find them on polish pages, original + reskins.

I am having some really good time with them recently.

Sorry for posting not a Trainz shot...;)

that model train of yours needs some dirt on it. it's too plasticy. perhaps a light brush of sand-type colours and some muck around the exhaust would tone it down a little without making too much of a diffence if you want a 'clean' loco. similar for coaches, bit of muck round the tumbehome is always present....

excellent screen shots everyone; i'd post some of my route, but it isn't exactly finished yet ;)

Well, my first impression was 'nice model train' also. The second picture unveils it for sure: I believe, it can't be a model with these details. Both are real pictures with some interesting GIMP (or whatever) effects. ;) Am I right?

Nice work!

Dang! You’ve got me there.:hehe:
The original picture shows a former DR branch line passenger train in 1987. I only played around with Tilt-Shift effects.
So let's go back to TRS 2007:

Dear Torsten, can You tell me please,
where I can get the factory building(s)
at the right side behind the crane?
(Name and KUID also)
It seems, It is a assembled one.

Hi Torsten,

interesting technique this tilt-Shift thing, not to mention the wonderful Trainz-scenes ;)

Found the SugarMill objects lately, great stuff indeed. What I couldn't find is the factory building on the left side and those frames right behind. Any hint for these things?
