Imageshack- MSXML 3.0 SP 7

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for the question but when I click on various imageshack links to view some screenshots I get an IE7 message saying that the website wants to run the following add-on:
'MSXML 3.0 SP 7' from 'Microsoft Corporation'. The page displays OK without it- I guess it's related to some advertising stuff or other, but is it safe? Will it enhance my life if I say yes?

I very much doubt it. Probably best not to use imagecack and use one of the other free sites . Although that could pose a problem for those who still post images from imagecack, although again the solution could be to use Firefox 2.0 which works fine (for me at least) and doesn't ask for any plugins.
