Problem with converting rar/zip files to cdp

can someone tell how to convert a rar file or zip file to cdp because i have seen lots of really good reskins and i havent been able to get them im not that good at converting these sort of things so i kinda need tutoral

Rar and Zip files are compressed files. Windows XP and Vista come with a built in function for unzipping zip files, search for Winrar to deal with rar files. Depending on the creator's preference you will find a CDP or a Folder containing the reskins withing the extracted files.
