I went railfanning at Miner's Hill today where the Kramer Subdivision is slowly getting an upgrade. As you can see there is new ribbon rail and new ties waiting to be installed. The track speed here is around 20mph because of the old rail and these coal trains arent light. There has been 6 derailments in the last 5 years here, I guess they finally decided they should upgrade. Anywho.. here's the shot of TF-003 heading to the coal mine.
