Yes, it's the Trainz Forge Appalachia route with some modifications.
On Saturday July 1st, 2000 the Wisconsin Central ran some excursion trains out of Shops Yard in North Fond du Lac up to Byron and back as part of a United Way charity fundraising effort. – The consist was WC Operation Lifesaver SD45 #7525 on the south end, six Wisconsin Central coaches and WC Wisconsin Sesquicentennial GP40-2 #3026 on the north end, several round trips were run that day.
