Profile Email Address Problem

Hi,

I am having problems with my profile regarding changing my email address. I want to change it to trainzbob at hotmail dot co dot uk, but it wont let me and says it already exists. But it is my address so there must be a data problem. I hope one of the Auran people will be able to change it for me.

Hi Robert,
Good luck with your problem as I have tried many times to change the one I can see in my profile at Planet Auran and no luck at all!!! When I try to enter the new address it tells me also that the address already exists and so I cannot tell what address the people at Auran can see. Again good luck with this, I wll be watching with much interest.

Somehow I have that same problem too, I always try to enter in my new email address and it says that its already taken.
Did I made an another account that was forgotten by me?
