After the CB&Q, Great Northern and Northern Pacific became the Burlington Northern, the new Superintendent decided he and his assiciates needed to take a tour of the Birch and Declaration division. This tour follows the route from Declaration yard to Allison.

 
According to CaseyBerg, Chuck Shank's factory turns out many ThingamaBobs and Thingamajigs a day and depends on rail to get them to market. The switch engines in Declaration yard will do their part to get the assets delivered.
