No better reason than that? Oh well, each to his own. I like it, it stays. Besides, its hard enough keeping work going on my current WIP without stopping to change out a bridge in another, completed, route.
And weren't you the one who said that there weren't enough screenies being posted here? That may be because people start up conversations like this one that don't really go anywhere.

No offence meant, as i am guilty of starting one or two, i know. Like the 81/48 leading trains, and i think one around Origin time.Oh, and i'm adding to this one.:hehe:

Been laying the cement siding - does this look "believable" to anyone? All the photos I could find were for cement works - ie where cement is processed from limestone. I just wanted a simple discharge siding into a hopper where it can be loaded onto trucks for transport to the local consumer. Currently the siding can hold three wagons. I guess if anyone needs more than that, they'll have to shunt the siding twice!
At the same time as I was testing the siding, I was also checking the rails into the container siding which is behind the cement siding...
Obviously I'm going to "pretty" it up with some grasses, cement trucks, etc. But from a purely functional rail option, does it look okay?

It's 'Lefarge Cement.' I am using the same asset myself. If you go to the DLS, the author also has a few fences and things to go with the plant itself.
On that note, i have more pics, of a cement train on the way to the plant.

I finally found a spot to place one of Pete's absolutely gorgeous flour mills. Now, i just need a few silos to supply it.
The little 48's work hard to pull the cement wagons to the plant.

Just a couple of real oldies to let you know that I am still alive
Also SWMBO has just got herself a laptop that not only has Windows7 on it but a 1gig (dedicated) video card and 4gig mem, its an Intel but what you going to do, anyway, 09 will be going on it real soon
