Hi Mate
Just went look to see if I could find the problems with the 85 and 86 as you state but there is noting in the config files pointing to the old bogies that was the cause of the missing dependencies problems with the first Beta, unit someone else reports the same error, got an idea that you would have the first version not the up dates of these units.

Bear the 86 class work good except for the candy once they show up with missing dependencies i have them in 2012 the fc 85s show up the same i changed the cab in them to i think a br 47 class which loooks almost the same looking out the front window except for the control panel its nothing like the real thing i really like the tuscan 85 i would like to be a test pilot for the u set looks good i think thou it has to much silver on the front and the cab door on the right side is in the wrong spot but looks good anyway u said u have not change the mesh only the texture which may have something to do with it as dont have any idea on building these things i only like driving them cheers alcoholic lover of the 44 class.

i love the "shine" of your locos when the sun hits them keep up the good work they look fantastic.

Poor David was probably up all night on "back shift" down at the loco depot cleaning the locos as per the NSWGR usual practice; As a rule the black engines received a rubbing down with kerosene and a dash of cheap black oil added and when wiped off again brought up a glistening shine. Wool waste was used to apply the mixture. The engines of green livery received better attention by getting a good rub down with a semi-liquid wax using cotton waste and then wiping off again bringing up a brilliant shine in the process. All running gear below the footplate level was cleaned by scraping off the accumulated grease, assisted with kerosene-soaked wool waste.

By now young David may have ridden his push bike home for a few hours sleep after all that work :hehe:

Rather fitting that David takes us onto page 1000... There have been so many good screenshots throughout the life of this thread, thanks and congratulations to all who contribute. Not only screenshots, but the occasional brief prototypical discussion to boot! Here's to another 1000 posts!

I realise that is not Grafton NSW but that screen shot reminded me of the former Peters Creamery. Use Google street view to go to the far western end of Fry St Grafton, just over the level crossing and look back over the level crossing as in the above screeny. Just compare screeny with the still existing creamery building and the surrounding farm scenery. It also had a smoke stack which still exists and can be seen via street view. Funny how you can look at what is only a simulator developed image and realise you could be looking at real life! 29°40'15.47"S 152°55'1.01"

Thank You for the pleasure :)

My pleasure! It's funny that at the right angle, it looks just like it, but if you looked at it from any other angle, all you would see is a fuel depot (that I have now realised is a PITA to shunt) and a factory that I placed to break up the landscape somewhat ;). I'm glad you enjoyed the screenshots!

To Bearcat245
Regarding the 85 & 86 NSWGR Electric Locos, they are excellent for NSW layouts, but have two problems in TS12 as can be seen in the screenshots.
1) Except for the FC 85 all other 85's and the 86 from the DLS and the pack, there is a translucent shadow like shroud covering form cow catcher to cowcatcher over bogie area.
2) The FC 85, the couplers dont attach but they do when attached with an 86.
