In early May, 1998, a BNSF B40-8 in Heritage 1 paint leads a sister unit still in ATSF yellowbonnet, as well as an unpatched warbonnet, BN SD60M, and a yellowbonnet SD45, on point of a hotshot intermodal which has just conquered the tough grades of Tehachapi and is mere minutes from a crew change in Bakersfield, where a new crew will take the train to its final destination in the Bay Area.

I like that old Signal Mast that is so Tall, you'd have to be Blind to not see it as you hit the Curve.. Night lighting and everything brings it together.....


Lots of nice Pictures with great Shadow effects too Folks.....
