Linda Williams, his executor, has generously given permission for any of his work to be reskinned provided that credit is given to Malcolm Jenkin provided the reskin is only freeware. His name must be spelt correctly by the way.

On request I copied this post and added it to the earlier mentioned "rights" topic.

I locked that thing ages ago after people started to have discussions in it, which makes finding stuff harder to find. So if you have a "rights" related thing, just post it and let the moderators know, for example via a report like John did.
Sorry it took me so long to respond; this whole copying and moving things around is just terrible on a phone so it had to wait till I was behind a PC.
