Setting diesel headcodes

I can’t tell if this only occurs with TRS19 or not, but for some reason, when I try to use the Set Train Reporting Number (basic) command on the SnC diesels, the headcode stays all zeros in the box. I can’t change them in surveyor either: clicking on properties gives no option to manually set the headcode. Does anybody know how to fix this?

EDIT: it happen in TRS22. I can't tell if setting train reporting numbers is broken or not

EDIT: Ok some headcodes work in TRS22, but it stays at zero in TRS19. If anyone knows why this occurs with the SnC diesels, please let me know
