All of the recent ones have been repaired and uploaded by the content repair group with no input from the original creator.
Some route builders, moreso those with TS12 and below, prefer to use these turnouts as procedural track was not available back then and old habits die hard in Trainz.
More assets of any type can only be a good thing and I thank the CRG for their fine voluntary efforts.

The current load of Bugar uploads are, indeed, uploads by the Content Repair Group. They are repairs as the current ones give errors in at least some versions of Trainz.
