Speed display not showing

For some reason, the speed display has stopped showing whenever I go into driver mode. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Speed display is showing here in all driver modes. Are the Track Profile and Driver Icon also missing?

The only way I was able to reproduce the speed display disappearing in Driver was by selecting a consist that did not have a loco or driver. The track profile was also missing and the driver icon was as a white generic icon indicating that no driver was selected.
