jimdav - Are you using Content Manager for your downloads? That is the preferred method these days as you avoid the FTP blocks on most modern browsers.
ALL DLS and N3V DLC downloads can be made from within the program. In TRS19 use Content Manager ('Manage Content') and 'Content Store' accessed from the Launcher.
