Difference between made for T:ANE and made for TRS2019 AC4400s

I see the website has the CSX AC4400s as made for T:ANE, but the others are made for TRS2019. What’s the difference?

All the CSX AC44s are made for TANE, however they all work in Trainz 19/22 as well but the textures are not optimized for those games

Does not optimized mean just not PBR? Does that also mean they still have the EOT setup and length counter features?

Yes, all it means its not PBR
