TRS19 updating

Greetings all and a belated happy New Year,

Just a quick question, which I am sure has been asked before, but I can't find the answer.
How do I stop TRS19 constantly asking if I want to update it, as I don't want to?

You can't unfortunately. All you can do is keep on clicking the 'remind me next week' option.
