Version compatibility depends on the build number of the object or train.
Example: a build 3.5 object that is Trainz 2012 does not work in Trainz build 2.6 that is Trainz 2006, but it works in build 4.5 that is Tane.

Short answer: No. Long answer: Yes. First, you will have to backdate it from trainz-build 3.5 to trainz-build 3.4. That will result in all sorts of errors appearing that you will have to solve. Then you have to solve all the errors to make it work in 3.4.
