Version compatibility depends on the build number of the object or train.

Short answer: No. Long answer: Yes. First, you will have to backdate it from trainz-build 3.5 to trainz-build 3.4. That will result in all sorts of errors appearing that you will have to solve. Then you have to solve all the errors to make it work in 3.4.
