The A Class: The First Underground Trains

I can highly recommend checking out other Jago Hazzard videos if you're interested in the history of the Underground.

One day I'll get around to building the A class for Trainz!

This is a nice short documentary by Jago Hazzard on the A Class.

Indeed it is John. The 'A' Class is an amazing locomotive as so many of Beyer-Peacock's engines were.

An 'A' class for Trainz would be a dream come true.

I've subscribed to his channel and absolutely enjoy his videos. His humor is top notch too. I'll look forward to your model whenever it comes out.

Someday, Annie we may see one. That was an amazing locomotive. Beyer-Peacock had some innovations that were used in later locomotives up until the end of steam such as the condenser system. Baldwin and Alco used that system on some of their big freight locomotives over here.
