Trainz 2009 isn't appearing on my timeline

I'm new to this forum, and isn't Trainz 2009 supposed to appear on my timeline? I got it by subscribing to the N3v newsletter, by the way

It doesn't show up on mine either, nor does a lot of stuff I've bought. I think you have to put a request into the help desk to fix it.

Welcome here,
Maybe you have to add your serial number here on the site
go to Tab [My Trainz], Trainz, Serial Number
here you can enter your serial number then it shows on your timeline
it may take a while to process
