Missing assets in the Elk City

I have the following. They are modified with no indication where I got them, maybe a road pack? I don't have <kuid:324956:100715>, but I do have Elk City and I don't see it listed as a dependency, nor do I show any missing:

I don't have them either. But I went through the entire route looking for them and I only found 1 small box of a missing asset. Oh well.
