I decided that I didn't need the JR route Cold Creek Logistics anymore (because it was so broken), so I took the copy&paste tool and deleted the whole map - because I'm going to start using it for mini dioramas. After deleting everything and painting over all the textures with the one you see in the picture (Grass 4), these geometric shapes showed up. They can't be deleted by the building, spline, track, track marker, train, or rolling stock delete tools. What are these things?

Location of Missing assets, should be able to identify what by looking at the route dependencies and seeing what's missing, if not important which I'm guessing it's not then in surveyor delete missing assets.

Ah, ok. I did just turn on the "Show Missing Assets" setting today. Thank you.

Try "delete missing assets" in surveyor.
