I'm rather encouraged to learn of this org and their "new" equiptment.

I always felt like the PA RR museum as a purpose built structure filled with static equiptment felt like a tomb.

B&O in Baltimore at least stands on former facilities and is housed in historic buildings which somehow didn't leave me with that impression when visiting.

This place hold the promise of housing historic equipment in historic facilities that are all operational, living a life more near what they were intended for, and I'm all for that!

i wish i knew that the stuff was coming there, could have got some pictures as they pulled it in. the new company has some very deep pockets. hope they can get the steam up and running.
