Surveyor 2.0 scrapbook textures

Hello,

I've been experimenting with surveyor scrapbook and would like to know if there is a way to control how much overlay the brush has. Been trying to paint grass along my track and if I get too close it lays grass on the track as well. I made a soil scrapbook item and it will erase the grass under the track, but if I'm not careful it will erase the track as well. Also the dirt has to go out a ways from the track to clear the grass. Hoping this is something I can control. Otherwise I will have to leave a large gap between the track and field grass along the track in my route. Thanks.

It comes down to grid size - a 5m grid will give you more accuracy, but still not perfect.
