How to reskin MSTnoodle percy?

I am making a reskin, I have one problem though, I cannot find out how to import the textures onto the MSTnoodle percy, do I go into the config or something??? Feel free to reply!

This also goes for all of MSTnoodle's Thomas models in general

In windows right click in content manager then open in explorer. Basically what you're after is the folder containing the texture file which used to be normally .tga then edit it in a graphics editor, on a Mac it may well be different.

For personal use it is not illegal to my understanding. It would be illegal to upload it without permission.

Getting something from the Wayback Machine isn't theft.
Copyright is about releasing and distribution, screenshots included. The creator owns the copyright even after death, as it passes to their estate.
Absence of a license to modify and distribute is not approval to modify and distribute.
