Legacy of BN II 2x missing content?

First indicates "JR vernon shops" 175455:101560 second 321936:100722 "RR crossing 12x20 ST LA" indicates can't be used in this version?

I see from the other thread you posted, you are attempting to use this in 22. Legacy of the BN was intended for use in TANE and has not been tested, nor is it fully supported in TS22. For routes, at least since TANE SP4 or so, this seems to be more version specific.
