Enabling fog in TRS22

How do I enable the fog function in TRS22? The enabling function does not respond to mouse clicks.
Any and all help greatly appreciated.

In environment settings, click on the dots around the clock to enable editing of fog settings for each time setting. It needs to know what times you want to set the fog for and how much fog.
