Access issue

Hello folks.

I once installed TS 2019 on my old PC and now I want to reinstall it to my new PC. But dunno why I cannot access the Download station tho i’m sure i got the serial right. Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks a lot for any suggestions.

Download from from your account page. Click "MyTrainz" link above (in the header), login, and you should be able to download your copy of '19. Your timeline above (next to your name) doesn't show your registration so apparently you never registered your software. You may have to contact the help desk. Again, see the link above in the header.

Are you using the same login name (charlesbarber) that you used when you first installed TRS19?

TR19 have serial number ??

No it uses the whole game online DRM (including box copies).

Box copies of TANE used the serial number whole digital copies used the online DRM.

You need to use the original username that you registered for TRS19, clearly not the one you are using on the forum and TRS19 does not have a serial number, it's digitally linked to the username and email used to purchase it with and is not transferable.

Trainz username and forum username should be the same.
