Can't find bumpers in Surveyor 2.0 object list

When looking for end of track bumpers in the installed list, it shows "US Bumper darkrusty", but it's not listed in the "Objects" list in Surveyor 2.0.
I tried downloading others in case there was a problem with "US Bumper darkrusty", but NONE of them show up in the "Objects" list in Surveyor 2.0.
I checked a couple of installed Sessions, and they use a "Signal Track Ends" sign, but even that doesn't show up in the "Objects" list in Surveyor 2.0.
So...
What am I doing wrong?

I don't have 22 or surveyor 2.0, but I am thinking those would be under the tracks category on the "trackside objects" tab? That is where they are in T:ANE and TRS19.

Try TTR trackend 1 rusty.

THAT is it! I never even noticed that tab.

They are sometimes called "buffers" and I'm sure many other things too. Also, I know there are non-functional scenery versions of these things.
