Amtrak missing dependencies

I purchased an Amtrak add-on from a 3rd party seller and I am not able to view the Amtrak locomotives in game play. Apparently, there are "missing dependencies". How do I correct this?

You might have to contact support at the third-party site. If you post the missing KUIDs here, we might be able to help, but no guarantees.

You may need to download the dependencies from the Download Station.

In Content Manager, Manage Content on the Launcher, highlight the train that has the missing dependencies and choose Download. This will search the Download Station, aka the DLS for missing content. If nothing is found, then contact the author who created the asset.
