Without seeing what the errors are, it's pretty hard to help. What I see is a lot of modified content that is faulty, and if the content is faulty, it isn't going to load, so the image is pretty much expected.
Modified Faulty indicates that you've got modified content installed and something is not passing validation.
The most common reason is importing builtin content via .cdp and therefore there are no textures. There are other reasons, but if you do have the original content installed then "Revert to Original" will make the modified faulty content go away.
If you don't have the original content installed then you need to install it either via Content Store or DLS.
For clarity, the issues you see here are not "TRS22" issues but content issues and should be easily sorted out.
