Random uncoupling causing CDT?

Previously I was having coupling derailments since ts19 v5 and this continued in ts22?
I decided it has to be the procedural track I was using...
So when I switched track to (built-in - TSW PTS) and the issue was resolved., but now I am getting random when uncoupling a train causes a CDT?

Does this occur with any particular locomotives or freight cars?

I haven't encountered that error, which is why I asked. This could be content specific, or script related.

Actually I assumed that also., so I decided to look in the CM and noticed that the session layer had 3 obselete versions with time stamps...
I decided to delete those and the issue ceased.
I realized that when switching to surveyor mode on the fly I was saving the fix and resuming back to the session was creating a session layer inside a session layer?

Wow, that's something I've never seen before.

I rarely switch back and forth while in Driver except to untangle dumb AI, but I do that when in Surveyor to test things such as ATLS crossings and signals.
