Cement bags or or goods on pallets LOAD and UNLOAD

Hi everyone,
I have try to create new industrial route which have some industrial yard for TANE build minimum.
And I need scenario to load and unload commodity like cement in bags pallets.
I will load this pallets on flat-traincar.
I found some assets from DLS for load and unload bulk coal, steel coil, container, etc.

But I hard to find asset DLS for load and unload goods on pallets, eq. cement bags.
The closest asset I found is "CEMENT BAGS UNLOAD" <kuid2:568300:100337:1>
But I couldn't find the loader.

Are there any full guidance to create assets for load and unload scenario ?

Any help will be appreciate.

I have one such product installed on my version of TRS22 - Namely <kuid2:9999:60227:1> HOTT Product Cement on pallet by Hottrainz.
On the DLS, a cursory check revealed the following: <kuid2:173943:200415:1> EET Detail - Cement bag 2<kuid2:60238:39071:1> Cement Bag Pallet Scenery Item
<kuid:368725:35035> cement bags stack of 18
<kuid:93112:3043689> Cuk-Cement-Bags-On-Pallet
<kuid2:165101:3006:11> PCS - Cement in bags TS
<kuid2:173943:200414:1> EET Detail - Cement bag 1
<kuid:93112:304966> Cuk-Cement-On-Pallet

Once any of those commodities (apart from the scenery items) are downloaded and installed, you can add them to the loads for various flatcars and other uncovered wagons and/or most boxcars by using the + (Plus sign) on the commodities dialog whilst in session editing mode.
Then you'll need to configure an industry or two to receive them or create them for loading onto those wagons. One really good way is to add them to the product list for any Multiple_Industry_New asset placed on a siding or spur.

Yeah, this is what I mean...
I prefer choose like asset which only show 1 track with red arrow and I can add custom building on it....
