Install icons in Windows settings all the same

Hi

If i have an update to Trainz to install or remove, why do all the icons in the add/remove programs list say T:ANE?
If i go to uninstall either Trainz railroad simulator 19 or 22 or T:ANE, how do i know which is the right program, if they all say T:ANE?

Uninstallers do not work if you have patched from the original install, manual delete is the only way to remove Trainz.
