Content manager stuck on finding (example file here)

I get this regularly in TRS19 and sometimes in TRS22. What I have found is that if I close the download window and then reopen it the file is found and it will download correctly. I have also noticed that if I have that happen and then check my account I am logged it with user name and password but the Trainz store flags up not authorised. then I just shut down Trainz make a coffee and restart it and it is usually then back to normal.
I mention that because the failure of the download and the store access seem anecdotally to be linked in some way.

Closing the game, can i force quit?
Don't force quit. Doing so will force a database repair and there's risk of data corruption causing worse problems later including another install all over again.
The Content Store is the slowest of the downloads and it's best to install one or two packages at a time rather than a bunch.
