Thinking of building a route? Maybe you've already started a new masterpiece? Your hard work and attention to detail could win you a generous cash prize in the Trainz Classics Route Builders Competition!
$1500 in prize money is up for grabs in the Trainz Classics Route Builders Competition!
Whether your taste is for rolling green hills, cityscapes, arid plains or industrial wastelands; we’re constantly amazed by your creations and we'd like to see what you can do with TC.
Winners will receive one of several cash prizes and entries may be included in an official compilation CD.
1st Prize - US$ 1000.00
2nd Prize - US$ 300.00
3rd Prize - US$ 200.00
Entries close January 14, 2008.
Competition Guidelines
Routes must be for Trainz Classics 1 & 2
Routes must contain a minimum of 4 textured baseboards
Completed routes to be uploaded to the DLS
All dependant assets must be available on the DLS
Individual and group entries are encouraged.
Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges consisting of Auran Staff and Trainz Community members.
Held in highest regard will be entries that demonstrate...
- Innovative use of Trainz Classics
- Immersive, sustainable operation
- Demonstrated command of Surveyor's tools
- Suspension of disbelief
- Flair for route building
- Acceptable performance on targeted equipment
- Originality and imaginative use and
- Perceived time and effort
How to Enter
Once your creation is complete, upload it to the Download Station, then send an email to trainzcomp@auran.com to let us know about it.
