Hello,
Looking for the Rock Island GP38-2 cab shell kuid2:37581:20059:1 and I am unable to locate it thru JR, Auran DS and the Internet?

Todd

It is provided with the loco.

Not for me it is showing as a missing dependencie and it will not download from CM or what I posted above in my searches. I checked the config file it all appears correct don't know what is up with it but its broken.

Just re-downloaded it. File is named "ROCK_GP38-2.cdp" and its content is as follows:

<kuid2:37581:10055:1> ROCK GP38-2 ph1
<kuid2:37581:20043:1> ROCK GP38-2 Names
<kuid2:37581:20046:4> Blomberg B (6215 black)
<kuid2:37581:20059:1> ROCK GP38-2 cab shell
<kuid2:37581:30021:3> Nathan OCP5 #10
<kuid2:45324:4382:7> GP38-2 engine
<kuid2:45324:85305:5> EMD 48in 8 Blade Fan

After pulling my hair out over this problem LOL I saw a kuid number when I was downloading from CM had to to download it multiple times to get the number as it was fast when downloading it turns out to be a Jointed Rail kuid2:45324:53011:1 EMD 16-645E Roots Engine Sound that was missing and now the locomotives works.

biffspurlock / grab it at JR site and that will fix your problem and get the locomotive working.

Just re-downloaded it. File is named "ROCK_GP38-2.cdp" and its content is as follows:

<kuid2:37581:10055:1> ROCK GP38-2 ph1

I'm pretty good about keeping up with JR's updates and new dependencies but this one got away from LOL.

Thank You kindly Sir ! I'm so glad I didn't have to take it to one of Jointed rails locomotive repair facilities , . My check book not looking so good nowadays lol ! Thank You for your expertise !.

Yes ! I don't know what is going on !

If you are trying to get this to work in Trainz 2019 go into CM and open the Rock GP38-2 cab shell file and the open up the config. file and scroll all the way down and change the very last kuid number the read <kuid2:37581:20059:1> this fixed the error and got the Rock locomotive to show up in the game it took me a couple of days to figure it out.
