Support request

How long do you usually have to expect a response to a support request at Jointed Rail? The displayed status is 'Payware=Priority=low'. Does that mean it's not that important?
 
It's the weekend so i may not be on top of it in a few hours but usually within a day. I've responded to everything that was out there as of right now.
 
Thank you for your support. If it's so easy to solve, why aren't the dependencies simply linked to the article or included in the download? Weekend: Sorry I didn't find the opening hours sign.
 
Common dependencies are kept in the dependencies section for ease of updates and to keep file sizes to minimums for people. This has been done this way since pretty much our inception.
