These are similar images for two of my other Routes in Drive Session.

Reduced all graphic settings to their minimum, no improvement.

TRS2010? I’m guessing that was meant to read TRS2019.

Very little information provided and images so blurred, I can’t read any of the text. Can you not post images so they show as images rather than links? It might elicit more responses if you could.

Is Trainz the only graphically-demanding program on your computer that has this problem? If so, then it points to Trainz rather than a general graphics glitch. The fact that it happens in Driver mode but not in Surveyor is consistent with that conclusion too.

Are you saying it has nothing to do with the text box and just the way the landscape looks ie its not being rendered correctly in Driver mode but it is in Surveyor..

Hard to tell what pics are supposed to convey. Can't you use words to tell the difference between what you see in Driver vs Surveyor? Could it be related to draw distance and camera positions?

After exhausting all possibilities I have come to conclusion that my graphics card is defected.
I will be obtaining a new one soonest.

All the images are from Drive Session mode.
Up until a few weeks ago there were no problems.
My large route ran smoothly at excellent frame rate etc.
I have now reduced all setting in Trainz to minimum, originally all in the top setting.
I have also reset my graphics card to factory setting.
Yesterday there was some improvement in a very small route also in a route about half the size of my main route.
The main route initially appeared as indicated in the images, eventually after some time commenced loading the detail.
This morning it is appears to not be rendering, selectin PAUSE appears to release some memory and also track and objects to appear.
Consists commence to follow ths set commands however with very low frame rate.
I am still investigating.
All the images were taken in Drive Session Mode and depicts lack of rendering.

I've had that same issue recently as well with I have a brand-new video card. I suspect it's a driver update because everything was fine just prior to updating to NVidia's 512.96 driver.
