Cant find building

I'm downloading this locomotive "Quarry dump truck, 1950s, drivable" by "elstoko" and the description mentions an asset called "NSWGR ballast crushing plant, steam driven". I cant find it on the download station. Is this an unreleased asset or am I not looking in the right places?

It's not on the download station;... so it may be wise to send a personal message to elstoko, who I'm sure will be able to clarify the matter for you.
